4Knowledge Analysis Solutions’ blend of expertise of intelligence analysis as well as information and knowledge management is unique in South Africa. The sole shareholder, Dalene Duvenage, consults organisations in knowledge management, strategic learning and change management to enable them to adapt to the complexities of the knowledge era. She has extensive experience in intelligence analysis, training and knowledge management in the South African public sector.

 

Dalene is also an accredited intelligence analysis trainer from the International Association for Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA), a member of the International Association for Intelligence Education (IAFIE) and a speaker at international conferences on intelligence analysis training and strategic learning/knowledge management. She uses a network of respected associates where necessary. These associates have a variety of expertise fields, such as  investigations and agent management, project management, policy analysis and IM/KM architecture.

 

National and international certification

 

4Knowledge Analysis Solutions’ analysis related short courses are certified and moderated by the Stellenbosch University’s Centre for Knowledge Dynamics and Decision-Making. Courses are on NQF5 or NQF6 level. Attendees receive a Certificate of Competence at successful completion of an assignment. Our Short Course in Intelligence Analysis is also approved for certification purposes in the Certified Crime Analyst program of the International Association for Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA). The investigation courses are not accredited as there are no intelligence related qualifications against which we can assess the learners.
